Grand Design Interiors (GDI) stemmed from strong roots in the fit-out industry and residential and commercial construction. Today GDI is run by two professional expatriate tradesmen who have worked on various projects worldwide offering precision and quality to their projects; both have worked in the Middle East for the last 30 years and 10 ten years respectively.
Mark Conway, a British expat originally moved to Dubai in 1985. He bought his influence from projects in London and Paris offering quality and a new style of fit-out techniques to the UAE.
Mark Colebourne, originally from New Zealand recently joined GDI to offer a fresh perspective of styling and quality. Mark’s background stems from building luxury superyachts around the globe as well as high profile housing projects. His professionalism and wealth of experience with a keen eye for attention to detail is sought-after by GDI’s clients.

Easy steps to starting the project you desire:

  • Call our helpful team to discuss your requirements and arrange a convenient time for us to visit your property.
  • We will then present you with a turn-key project quotation detailing all costs as well as additional variables for your consideration.
  • Pay a deposit; we will then provide you with an informative pack inclusive of a project overview, project plan and legal agreement. We will support you with obtaining any necessary approvals.
  • You make pre-agreed progress linked stage payments throughout the project once each milestone is achieved.
  • Hand-over of the completed project will include a ‘snagging period’ for you to notify us of any issues you may discover. Once these are rectified the final payment is required.
